I Was Heard. Or Was I?

*New Developments*

While at work this past sunday, I was informed that some comments that I made on my blog may have been offensive or whatever... So i have made the necessary changes, because I simply don't have the money to lose a court case.

(I would probably have a little bit if I got any clock at work when I asked for it, but I digress.)

So as you can see below you, changes have been made.
Tsk tsk tsk, censorship.
I wonder if this whole thing by my employer was done only to make themselves look clean, or to honestly solve some huge problems. When I talk to the HR, will my claim be addressed? Its been heard before, nothing came of that. This time I need it to be addressed.

I would strongly urge anyone who wants to work for this company, to consider this.
1. You may not receive the respect you think you deserve.
2. You may have to accept being written off the schedule and taking less hours if a manager chooses too, for whatever reason.
3. Your hard work will NOT be recognized.
4. The rules are INEPT. ESPECIALLY those for cash handling.
5. You WILL NOT WORK YOUR WAY UP IN THE COMPANY. They wont allow it. They don't build from the inside.
6. You have to be a certain type of person to get any love.

That's just the way it is. Apply if this sounds like the job for you.

Dilemma

So, check it out.

I have been employed with "polar bear" express for almost two years now.
For some reason, these “managers” just don’t understand how to respect their workers (aka me) or themselves.

Examples of futility

• Poooooooooooooooor hours – I asked many times for ONLY twelve hours a week. I was graciously given six.
• Lack of teamwork – I have to close the front, the kitchen, and wash the dishes myself while hector and amy frolic in the back?
• Lack of professionalism – A “manager” pointing blame at a CUSTOMER for a mistake?
• Inability to reward excellence – I haven’t seen anything close to a raise in the time I’ve been there. I was employed with the thought I would have an opportunity to receive a raise every 4 months. That changed to every 6 months, which changed to every year. Eventually, I was told “No one is guaranteed a raise.” Fine. Then why did amy get one?
• Did I say poooooooooooooooooooooor hours? – this is the icing on the cake. ZERO hours the past two summers? ZERO. Everyone else gets clock, even the new people, but not the black guy. A little summin I was told was, “they have families, and you don’t.” Should that make a difference?

EDIT If someone can tell me a better reason why I haven’t received any hours for the past 2 summers, I’m ready to hear it.

Now its time to come back, but I only have until tomorrow to give them my availability, otherwise I will be voluntarily dismissed from my job.

My question to you is this.

How should I tell them to go EDIT themselves? I wanna make it sweet. Comment please.
