Dilemma

So, check it out.

I have been employed with "polar bear" express for almost two years now.
For some reason, these “managers” just don’t understand how to respect their workers (aka me) or themselves.

Examples of futility

• Poooooooooooooooor hours – I asked many times for ONLY twelve hours a week. I was graciously given six.
• Lack of teamwork – I have to close the front, the kitchen, and wash the dishes myself while hector and amy frolic in the back?
• Lack of professionalism – A “manager” pointing blame at a CUSTOMER for a mistake?
• Inability to reward excellence – I haven’t seen anything close to a raise in the time I’ve been there. I was employed with the thought I would have an opportunity to receive a raise every 4 months. That changed to every 6 months, which changed to every year. Eventually, I was told “No one is guaranteed a raise.” Fine. Then why did amy get one?
• Did I say poooooooooooooooooooooor hours? – this is the icing on the cake. ZERO hours the past two summers? ZERO. Everyone else gets clock, even the new people, but not the black guy. A little summin I was told was, “they have families, and you don’t.” Should that make a difference?

EDIT If someone can tell me a better reason why I haven’t received any hours for the past 2 summers, I’m ready to hear it.

Now its time to come back, but I only have until tomorrow to give them my availability, otherwise I will be voluntarily dismissed from my job.

My question to you is this.

How should I tell them to go EDIT themselves? I wanna make it sweet. Comment please.
